The staff were super cute from arrival to departure. My SALA Pool Villa was amazing with a private pool and outdoor bathroom. The restaurant near the beach provided excellent food.. the spa experience on a rainy day was also very nice.

wonderful villa and service

pleasant staff delicious dishes right comfort

i have found the staff pleasant. they was helpful, always with a smile. they was ready to help and accommodate. our villa was great. it was clean and provided the right amount of comfort. their restaurant serves the most delicious dishes. all in all, it makes you not want to leave the resort.

i find shower very disappointing. it has very weak flow. there is weird and annoying door to the bathroom and it blocks almost the whole room.

The staff provided efficient service. Their messaging system delivered quick responses. How novel.

The shower pressure was a joke. It barely trickled water. A proper deluge would be nice for once. The bathroom door design was also weird. It blocked half the room when opened. I seemed like I was playing Tetris every time I needed to use the facilities.
