unsanitary flip-flops language barrier

The breakfast was grand with many options. We received welcome drinks, cake, and decor for our honeymoon.

The villa location was high on a hill. It provided rooftop views rather than sea views. Slippers and flip-flops were reused. The flip-flops had visible marks from previous guests. Staff had difficulty answering our questions, and the hotel's tour services seemed disorganized. A language barrier was evident.
