the breakfast buffet was really good. a special shout out goes to the maitre d' (he was so helpful!). he always gave personalized tips and suggestions. he made sure i was totally satisfied.
i had a mountain view room. i only saw rooftops of houses and a busy street. i know weather can affect mountain views (it's unpredictable!). the noise from the street made it hard to relax.

the hotel provided a free buggy service into the city every hour it was easy to coordinate pick up via whatsapp. i enjoyed the flowers throughout the hotel roses gave off a beautiful aroma. i found the general manager to be kind he assisted the staff often.
i noticed some fingerprints on the window separating the bath and bed room it is a minor detail.

The breakfast was quite extensive. It had many options, I appreciated that. The complimentary shuttle to the town center was convenient. It ran at scheduled times.
The pool area was very cold. The dressing rooms and water shared that temperature, I couldn't really use the facilities. The sauna entry cost extra per hour, that felt excessive.

I liked the on-site gym. It featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast was provided with a good mix of Vietnamese dishes and some international options.
The front desk staff was not consistently courteous. They did not offer additional water and specifically mentioned restrictions on bringing outside food or beverages during check-in.

the architecture echoes traditional designs, the gardens burst with color, it was like stepping into a fairytale. i was thrilled to see meticulous attention to detail inside and outside. i explored a serene atmosphere where every corner felt special and so beautiful.
the gym equipment showed minimal signs of wear.
