the hotel grounds are beautiful. i appreciated the shuttle service because the hills are steep. the reception staff were very helpful. i also found the laundry service to be quick. the grounds are beautiful and the hotel has a shuttle to your cottage.

the bungalow was big and nicely located deep in the forest. the rooms were cleaned every day and were quite spacious. i found the arrangement of the rooms to be very pleasing.

i really appreciated the beautiful, tropical gardens with botanical features. our room was clean on arrival and very comfortable. the hotel provides a buggy service to transport you around the resort. the fine infinity pool had really good views over mountains and gardens.
waiting for the infrequent shuttles in hot weather could be ANNOYING.

the hotel grounds are beautiful, filled with lush greenery and the air is so fresh. the main street is a short walk away, about 10 minutes. It's perfect for getting to restaurants. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The hills are pretty steep. I sometimes waited a little bit for the shuttle.

the pool looked decent enough.
Our room had issues! cockroaches were running around, and the staff did nothing. they laughed when we complained and offered no help finding another room late at night. the breakfast also wasn't great. The bread and pastries were stale, a total bummer.

the pool was nice enough with views of the surrounding area.
the shuttle service was a constant issue it felt understaffed a long wait was the norm especially at night forgetting something in the room meant wasting a lot of time on transport plus the halal policy impacted dining options no alcohol was available this was disappointing

i stayed for five nights and found the jungle surroundings captivating. the breakfast buffet had a great selection (i loved the fresh fruit!). the pool, with its fine views, felt so tranquil. it.
the shuttle service, essential for getting around this hilly hotel, sometimes meant i waited longer than ideal. on one occasion, i waited over 20 minutes, inconvenient when i had planned activities. more frequent shuttles would definitely improve the experience.

the hotel's location is set back into a jungle environment with lush greenery. it provides a very private, serene, and peaceful atmosphere away from busier areas. this setting allowed viewing exotic butterflies and wildlife.

The hotel included lovely gardens and a nice pool. I found the chalet comfortable and well-equipped. The resort provides shuttle service to and from your room to reception.. I had a great time here. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The water pressure in the shower was very low.
