A stay with mixed feelings.
nice poolunhelpful staffdirty bed
The pool was very nice. It helped make the vacation enjoyable.
The room cleanliness was substandard, with hairs found in the bed. The TV did not have internet access, and I was directed to use a ride-hailing app, as the reception did not arrange taxis. The staff was unhelpful when I requested a room change due to geckos.

Decent stay, but some issues noted
poor soundproofingineffective staff
I encountered a few problems . The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was disappointing. Noise from the pool area late at night made it difficult to sleep. the staff did not seem able to manage the noise issue effectively. These disruptions detracted from what could have been a more restful experience.
