helpful staff amazing trip heavy traffic hotel photos

The staff was helpful. Nuch booked two excursions for us, and I got a discount! Tina organized trips very well. I found her amazing!!!

The hotel photos seemed better than reality. The location made getting back from outside the area difficult, as traffic was heavy. It was a real pain.

the location was convenient to the beach and local spots. the room was spacious and well-kept. the rooftop pool offered a great view and a relaxing environment. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful .

the water pressure in the shower was quite low at times. it made showering less comfortable and took longer than expected. i hope they address this issue .

a really good stay

good location comfy bed egg station

the location was good, near the beach and some restaurants, very useful. the bed was comfy and i slept well. breakfast included egg and waffle stations and i found it a real treat. it's a pleasure not to have to cook myself.

the photos looked better than the hotel, but that's my only really small issue.

The staff was attentive to all my needs. breakfast had a good selection of local fruits each morning. i appreciated that a convenience store was located just across the street. It provided easy access to necessities.

the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the day. the gym had limited equipment. the pool towels could sometimes be hard to get during peak hours. a bin on the infinity pool area would be helpful.

clean room spacious room early check-in

The room was very clean and spacious!!! I liked the direct access to the pool. It was like a dream. Nuch helped me with an early check-in when my flight changed, I really appreciated it. I also got fruit and ice cream while I waited, so grateful!!!
