I found the staff very helpful. Win at reception was particularly attentive. the room was clean and modern. the pool offered a good view and was well kept. breakfast had variety and quality. Ms battie, the manager, was especially kind and helpful.
The hotel charged for disposable slippers if not returned. I found this a bit unusual.

The location was perfect! about a ten-minute walk to bangla road. It was quiet but close enough to walk. the staff were very friendly. They ensured everything was perfect. there are two swimming pools on site, great for a relaxing dip after a day exploring.
the breakfast buffet had very limited options for western food, it was repetitive! with limited variety, i hope to see more options next time.

the restaurant manager did not let me sit in the restaurant for even 5 minutes while waiting for my taxi. he told me to eat or leave, which i found disgusting.
