I stayed in the Executive Room Pool Access. The room had a bath and a shower. The breakfast offered many different foods each day. I found it amazing. I also liked that the hotel gave top notch service, always smiling and kind.

The pool area was clean and modern. The hotel is very close to the beach. It's only a short walk. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The staff was very professional. The food was good. When I asked for fresh towels or coffee, I received them within minutes. I was always greeted with smiling faces in the morning, though the parking was expensive!

the air conditioning was a joke. it didn't dehumidify anything. everything in the room felt damp. i could also hear other units clanging away. the breakfast setup seemed like a sauna. a few fans did nothing. they really need to rethink their ventilation there.

the hotel is close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. It was very convenient. the staff were consistently ready to help or offer a smile. they decorated the room for our anniversary, , made it extra special! the room was very super clean and cozy.

Staff were helpful with requests like extra toothbrushes. when my partner had a cut, they provided a first aid kit quickly. the welcome package included ice cream and roselle drink. Staff showed us to our room.
