I found the staff helpful. eye provided great service and local recommendations. the breakfast was delicious with many options each day. they even surprised my girlfriend with a birthday cake and wine, which i thought was very thoughtful (a charmed experience!). the location is very convenient. The beach and restaurants are just a short walk away.

the pool view rooms face the bar, so privacy is somewhat limited and there can be noise at times.

The hotel is situated very close to kata beach, and several restaurants are easily accessible on foot. It provides a central location. the hotel is easy to find and navigate around the area, so i found it very practical.

The staff members are friendly and go beyond expectations. the staff quickly checked me in and out without delays. the staff accommodated our request for a late checkout due to a midnight flight. They provided the service free of charge.

clear water great size kind staff perfect location

i really enjoyed the hotel pool. it had clear water and a good size. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i found the staff very kind and efficient. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants.

the gym equipment was quite basic. i expected a bit more from a hotel of this level.

I stayed in the Executive Room Pool Access. The room had a bath and a shower. The breakfast offered many different foods each day. I found it amazing. I also liked that the hotel gave top notch service, always smiling and kind.

The pool area was clean and modern. The hotel is very close to the beach. It's only a short walk. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

poor ventilation damp room

the air conditioning was a joke. it didn't dehumidify anything. everything in the room felt damp. i could also hear other units clanging away. the breakfast setup reminded me of a sauna. a few fans did nothing. they really need to rethink their ventilation there.

the hotel is close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. It was very convenient. the staff were consistently ready to help or offer a smile. they decorated the room for our anniversary, , made it extra special! the room was very nice and neat.

Staff were helpful with requests like extra toothbrushes. when my partner had a cut, they provided a first aid kit quickly. the welcome package included ice cream and roselle drink. Staff showed us to our room.
