The hotel room was not as advertised. I booked for two adults and two children but received only a king bed and a cot. Reception wanted to charge extra for a proper bed. Housekeeping seemed minimal, they only made the bed.

The breakfast had lots of choices with lovely bread and cakes. the pool was nice and included a pool bar. the room was lovely and clean. the bathroom and balcony were a nice size. i would definitely recommend this hotel. It's excellent overall.

The staff did not rectify the aircon issue in my room. Water leaked all over the floor. the aircon did not work, and mould was growing on the ceiling.

The breakfast buffet featured very nice variety. It included both inside and outside seating. Rooms provided a sizable balcony. The maintenance was regular and the cleaning was thorough. I also found the direct access to the beach across the street very convenient.

the location was very convenient, just across the street from the beach. there were many restaurants nearby offering plenty of options. transportation was easily accessible with both public options and taxis available.

The staff did not rectify an issue i experienced. the air conditioning leaked during the entire week. i informed reception, but nobody came to fix it. the air conditioning also did not work well. It wasn't cold and i woke up in a pool of sweat every day.
