This was my second visit. The cleanliness was still great. A staff member named Nui took great care of my room for two weeks. I also received a lovely birthday surprise and message on the bed. The staff are respectful..
I noticed that the grounds could use some upgrades. These were not major issues. I had a satisfactory visit.

Breakfast includes a buffet with various choices. The sea side restaurant offered excellent meals. I found the all inclusive option beneficial , so I didn't seek meals elsewhere.

The hotel is at the southern end of the beach. The area was quite peaceful . Getting taxis to the lagoon area was easy for a more lively experience. This was convenient.

The location is GREAT, right on the beach. It was easy to walk to nearby local restaurants.
I booked a twin room with a balcony. The room was not very clean. The staff was not very friendly overall.

the hotel rooms include useful amenities. i noticed a kettle and a fridge were available. replenished toiletries were also a nice touch daily. the staff ensured the place remained super clean.
the evening bar i visited was a little quiet.

large pools well-designed area adequate amenities
I appreciated the large pools. They were well-designed and maintained. The staff were superb. My room, a beautiful seaview, was large and always clean. It also had adequate amenities.

great location handy shops delivery arrangement
I found the location EXCELLENT. It is right on the beach. Some shops and eateries are conveniently located across the street, very handy. The staff helped me a LOT when I forgot my sneakers at the hotel. They arranged for them to be delivered to my next hotel.

uncomfortable topper cash deposit
the hotel had nice swimming POOLS.
the bed had a topper, AND it was very uncomfortable. i was like the spa facilities should HAVE been included since it's advertised as a spa hotel. a fairly LARGE deposit was needed in cash, annoying.

charming getaway on bang tao beach
beach location good variety attentive staff sea view
the hotel is ideally located right next to the beach. i found the variety at breakfast really good (especially the fresh fruit!). the staff were very attentive and always ready to help. also, we were upgraded to a room with a lovely sea view, a nice surprise.
the pillows were firmer than i prefer, but it was a very minor thing.

the room was well-equipped and had a balcony that overlooked the pool area. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, great. the air conditioning worked very well too.
