fantastic hotel experience!

superb air conditioning direct beach access helpful staff

the staff was very friendly. They were happy and helpful. the rooms were huge with superb air conditioning, and daily water refills were provided. the pool area offered direct beach access, complete with provided towels for the sunbeds.

the restaurant was okay, but not particularly excellent for a 5-star hotel.

staff responded quickly to requests and were readily available throughout the hotel. they managed check-in efficiently, provided prompt assistance, and always greeted guests warmly. small touches like remembering preferences made it nice.

the hotel is situated at the quieter end of the beach, but is still within a short walk of bars, restaurants, and shops. the hotel is directly on the beach, and 7/11 and an atm are just across the road. it has a great location!
