The staff was so attentive to every small thing we needed. daily cleaning kept our room always fresh. the pool offered such a soothing view. I gazed for a long time. robes were a sweet touch. I felt special wearing them.
our fridge did not keep drinks very cold. we found ourselves wishing for more towels. i also noticed a lack of options at breakfast.

the room had a huge, soft bed and air conditioning worked quietly. i enjoyed the balcony views of the tropical garden, it felt so restful. i found great cheap restaurants nearby, a short walk, and the hotel breakfast included many options. flower decorations were left in our room, it was a lovely touch.
The gym equipment feels a bit outdated. Some new treadmills would be nice.

The room was nice and neat. I found complimentary food items, sample desserts and coffee pods. Fresh juices at Olivia was amazing. I was close to Central and the market.
Balcony doors don't seal and i get all the noise.
