fine stay!
baby sharks organized dive sparkling wine free transport
we stayed here and it was amazing! i snorkeled right from the hotel and saw baby black tip reef sharks (how cool is that?). i also did a day's try dive with the hotel's dive centre, and it was super well organised. breakfast was very good, even had sparkling wine. free transport to the pier area a few times a day was very useful.
i will say, the steps to get around the hotel were a bit much. i'm pretty fit, but even i felt it after a few days.

the pool area had excellent drinks and services.
our room lack snacks. there was no beer or juice available, i wanted those items, and i hate room service. breakfast was the same each day, i was bored by day three.

The beautiful room seaview was spacious. It was like an apartment. a large living room was separate from the bedroom. the bath was huge, with lovely bodywash and shampoos. the view from the balcony overlooked shark bay. the pool was massive, with a lovely sunbed area. breakfast included a large variety of options.
the hotel has a lot of stairs, which may be challenging for some guests.

many stairs lack of porters
the free shuttle to the pier was acceptable.
i was disappointed that there were many stairs , and i was not informed about this beforehand. this made getting around the resort a real chore. lugging my luggage up and down those steps was especially frustrating , and i think they should have porters to help.
