Excellent service and spacious rooms

The staff learnt our names and preferences (it was a nice personal touch). The pool area was very relaxing. We had a family suite garden view, and it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area. This layout was very convenient for our family.
The location was a little far from shops. Taxis were sometimes difficult to get.

Breakfast included a huge buffet with many options. The food was beautiful, healthy and provided a good variety. I especially liked the local fruit selection (the mangoes were delicious!).

The hotel is close to the airport. It is also reasonably located for tourism adventures if desired. The hotel offered a shuttle service for transportation to town.

the rooms are spacious. breakfast service included a variety of options. the pool had a relaxing lagoon style.
the location requires scooter travel to reach many attractions.

the staff provided warm and friendly service (i liked that) and they helped arrange transport. the team acknowledged guests and ensured comfort. the front office team ensured a comfortable stay.

the pool is a lagoon style. the spa offered mani-pedis and reflexology. i enjoyed the ginger tea (a nice touch!). the rooms included large spaces.

the pastry station stood out. there were always servers making sure i had bali coffee and warm milk. the breakfast selections included a wide array (pancakes and pandan chicken were favorites).

the hotel is a short scooter ride to muaya beach. it is about a twenty-minute scooter ride to uluwatu. it takes seventeen minutes to reach jimbaran beach using a scooter. the hotel is a four minute drive to rock bar anaya resort.
