fantastic stay!

delicious breakfast really good cleanliness

ping pong with chippy was fun the ping pong table was warped.

i noticed the ping pong table could use an upgrade.

rooms are cleaned promptly upon leaving the room cleanliness is really good in both the rooms and throughout the venue the air conditioning in rooms works great the beautiful double room garden view was spacious.

Wonderful Stay by the Beach

friendly staff great pool fun addition

I found the staff friendly. They remembered our names and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool was a central point, close to all rooms, and the drinks and food service there was convenient. The table tennis setup added a fun activity to the resort. Air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly.

My room initially had a bad smell, like there had been no ventilation. The smell outside was similar to a sewer, which wasn't pleasant at all.

The resort is situated on the outer edge, it makes it a quieter and more peaceful location, away from busy party venues. The position ensured minimal disturbance from street noise.

The large pool was quite lovely with a nice setup. The pool bar offered separate pool areas. Rooms surrounded the pool and big open areas. The rooms were well set out.

The water bottles provided in the room were quite small.

the breakfast was acceptable given the circumstances. it included a sufficient variety.

the staff denied requests for basic amenities. specifically, they refused to provide water refills for the following day. the bathrobe lacked a tie to secure it around the waist.
