tasteful suite beautiful gardens fresh fruit
the royal ocean view suite was tastefully appointed it offered a relaxing haven with sea views i enjoyed room service there the pool and gardens were beautifully maintained the breakfast selection included fresh fruit and pastries.

cute staff clean room birthday surprise
The breakfast was good. Staff were very cute to me. The room felt lovely, clean and also comfortable. They did arrange a beautiful surprise for my birthday this year.
The resort focus on wedding events and there grounds more than service, I see.

lovely resort stay
attentive staff excellent breakfast great seating
staff was very attentive, yet relaxed. breakfast was one of the best i ever ate, pastries were great and fresh fruit was great too. the pool is fine with the swim up bar. there are various seating options and day beds around the pool, fantastic.
the hotel hosted movie nights outdoors with a white screen. the movie audio was very loud, even at night.

loud music poor service
The hotel hosted weddings during my three night stay. Loud music played until 11 p.m. and the hotel did not tell us ahead of time. A wedding started at 7 a.m. on my checkout day. The restaurant service was not good. I waited over 30 minutes to place an order one evening.

The staff helped arrange dry cleaning. It was picked up and dropped off at the lobby.
The room i got smelled like mold. I noticed a scent bag to minimize the smell, but it was still strong and we had to ask for another room, i was told that they had no more rooms since the hotel was fully booked.
