improper cleaning non-functional safe

Breakfast was delicious. The customer service from staff was really good, i found.

The room was not properly cleaned, a tissue sat under the bathroom basin, it was not ours. this tissue remained there for the duration of my stay. It was very disappointing. also, the safe didn't work, the offered solution seemed insufficient.

I Found the breakfast choices pleasing, especially the omelet station. The staff always had a smile and seemed eager to help. Our room included a spacious deck. I enjoyed the evening views. i liked the free transport service to the town center each day. It simplified travel.

the safe in my room DIDN'T WORK, a bit annoying, but I stored my belongings safely elsewhere.

the pools offered both deep and shallow sections, suitable for different preferences. The gym featured a treadmill, stationary bike, and some weights. Spa services were available, but i did not get to experience these.

The restaurant had good breakfast choices. The restaurant is onsite only. I enjoyed that the spa featured private rooms. The spa staff impressed me.
