a haven in the heart of everything

breakfast selection friendly staff detailed attention

this hotel seemed like a true escape i enjoyed having a wonderful breakfast with many choices i also dined here a few nights the food was excellent the staff was friendly and made my stay nice i really appreciated their attention to detail the hotel even arranged transport to my next destination

handy location modern room inconsistent service missing soap

the location was really handy for visiting some attractions. the reception staff was cute and helped get my bags to the room. the rooms look just like the pictures, very modern and were decorated tastefully. the bed was comfortable.

the turn down service wasn't always consistent. sometimes, they didn't replace the water bottles in my room, also the soap was out once. these are small things, but i'm used to them at a five star hotel.

i finded my room was spacious. the location let me reach shops and restaurants easily. the staff are very kind, especially in restaurant. gardens are excellent, i do like the villas and the suites.

the towels smelled like sewer a couple times. when i told reception, they tried to deny it. it was not a good response. it.

smelly towels dismissive reception

I was frustrated that the towels smelled like sewer on two occasions and the pillows once. when i reported it to reception, they seemed dismissive, refusing to check immediately. also, one evening the card key failed after a long day. the staff suggested it was our fault, claiming we dead-locked the room. it took over 40 minutes to resolve (turned out the card reader's battery was dead). no apology or alternative resting place was offered (we were exhausted), so we sat on the floor. Pretty poor for a hotel.

a really good retreat

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large comfortable bed, i appreciated the large bathroom. It included both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. the pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere. It had comfortable loungers. i also enjoyed the proximity to the monkey forest. I saw monkeys in the garden each morning.

The breakfast options were a bit limited. I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits offered. however, the coffee was good and the service was always prompt.
