a wonderful stay
helpful staff free drinks rooftop view great stay
the staff was very kind and helpful they welcomed us with free drinks as they prepared our room they took care of us if we had any issues i loved the pool and the rooftop view it was right across from the beach it provided a great stay.

surprisingly good stay!
quiet room excellent breakfast sea view excellent staff
room 351 was REALLY quiet. sometimes i did hear a moving noise upstairs at night. the breakfast was excellent. cleaning happened every day. the bar on the top has sea view. the staff WERE excellent. the courtesy lounge allowed me a shower before i went to the airport at 1800.
we were unable to sleep well because there were rats running in the ceiling. i even recorded proof and showed it to the manager.

the breakfast buffet IS extensive. you can buy seafood at the fish market for a reasonable price, then bring it to the restaurants nearby and they cook it for you. there ARE many options available.

the rooftop bar offers magnificent sunsets. the fruit and vegetable market is just across the street. the hotel HAS a nice fitness studio. the pool has sun-beds available .

polite staff helpful staff great location cold meal steak preparation missing towel
the resort was super clean every staff member was polite and very helpful the location across from the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance was great
meals came out cold medium steaks were cooked blue the room was made up and no towels were left i was woken up multiple times during the night to someone in the kitchen banging on the wall and had to go down multiple times to tell them to stop

helpful staff smooth check-in kitchen team
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly (fortuna, dedy, citra, keyko and dede). fortuna managed my check-in and check-out. she kept in touch to ensure my stay met hotel standards. i found breakfast worth the visit. The kitchen team kept all items topped up.
the gym equipment was in poor condition. some equipment was unusable and even dangerous.

the hotel is ideally located near the airport. it's also closer to local life, away from heavy tourist areas. the location allows for easy access to nearby shops and local restaurants.
