spacious grounds direct access excellent service

The hotel featured spacious, well kept grounds. i appreciated the three swimming pools and direct beach access. the indonesian restaurant's eka, ocean terrace's armi, and italian restaurant's yuni, rose, and ani provided excellent service. Iluh at the main bar also excelled.

a romantic escape!

nice view beautiful balcony sweet experience

the infinity pool offered a nice view, perfect for a romantic swim. our room had a beautiful balcony with a jacuzzi, and i spent hours relaxing there. the afternoon tea service was charming.

Underwhelming Stay with Some Issues

broken door lock dirty floor

I found some problems . The door lock was broken. I asked the staff to open our door twice. The floor in the room was dirty when I got there. The resort didn't provide slippers because I was only staying for one night, which i found strange.

The front desk staff offered poor assistance. I asked for help ordering an item since I lacked local contacts. The staff refused to assist me. This demonstrates inadequate customer service at this resort, i found the lack of assistance disappointing.
