helpful staff enough equipment main pool

the staff was genuinely helpful. the gym had enough equipment for my needs. it featured multiple treadmills and weight machines. the main pool was large. i never felt crowded during my swims.

my room phone never worked . i reported the issue multiple times. it remained unresolved, despite repeated assurances.

excellent service jungle pool relaxing atmosphere

I really enjoyed the excellent service I received. The staff was fast and very cute. The jungle pool was definitely a highlight. Its temperature was perfect for swimming even on gloomy days. I also appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is a bit far from main attractions.

The breakfast offered many choices daily. the dining space felt large and clean. the staff were lovely and helpful. They ensured i had everything i needed. i loved the big, clean pool area with the ocean view.
