great experience with attentive service
helpful staff cool air conditioning convenient transport
i found the staff very helpful during check-in. the air conditioning kept the room cool. the complimentary shuttle service was very useful. online transport picked me up right at the hotel lobby, that was convenient.
The menu could use some updating. I did not see many new options.

the room included two comfortable twin beds and a small work desk! the wifi signal was strong in all areas of the room. there was also a mini-fridge that i found useful.

the front desk staff assisted quickly with any questions i had! the housekeeping service kept the room very tidy throughout my stay. i did notice that staff consistently greeted guests with a smile.

Great Hotel Experience!
amazing breakfast spacious room helpful staff
I found the breakfast options AMAZING with various choices and a Live Cooking station. The pool provided ample space for swimming and relaxation. The staff offered top-quality service. Gotama, Ramon, and Adit at the restaurant were helpful. The location made different sightseeing accessible.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, with both local and international options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The live cooking station prepared eggs and pancakes to order. This was a really nice touch. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner.

The staff members were always attentive and responded quickly to requests. The shuttle service provided transport to nearby points of interest, which saved taxi fares. The front desk staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently.

My room included comfortable beds and individual climate control. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. There WAS enough space for luggage, and the housekeeping kept everything clean.

clean room helpful staff free transport
The staff were very kind, helpful, and informative. The hotel has complete facilities for weekend getaways with family. Free transport to a pick-up point for online taxis was available, very convenient. The room was big and clean and the wifi worked well (i never had issues).
The location is not very convenient to access the main street.
