The room we booked was not the one we got. When i mentioned it, the staff said we could have a different room. but we had to pay an extra fee. The cleaning was bad, and we got dirty towels. The trash cans also were not emptied.

The architecture showcases traditional Balinese designs, especially in the bungalows. The private beach provided a serene atmosphere. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The staff members were courteous and accommodating.
The open archway to the washroom and toilet door's poor closure in my room lacked adequate privacy. The lighting had issues. The sandwich I ordered contained chicken bones.

I really enjoyed the big and clean room. cleanliness was good here. the driver provided a great service (very punctual!). the staff remembered my name. This. i only had to leave the resort once. The hotel security even stopped traffic for me.
The hotel is a huge development in traditional style. i was allocated a room close to the main road. Traffic noise was constant. the resort is showing a little wear and tear.
