The location was very good and the staff were amazing. Our room was lovely and kept clean. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I found the staff gave personalized recommendations.
I experienced slow lunch service, it felt disorganized. Simple items were occasionally delayed.

the breakfast buffet featured many options. it covered all i needed. the gym included water, apples, and small fitness bars, a good touch. but the view was amazing!
the beach service was slow i feel, it did not feel like a five-star experience.

kind staff clean room spacious room
the staff was cute and kind. they always went out of their way to ensure our experience was lovely. the rooms were spacious and very clean.
i found it difficult to locate services and the room. upon check-in, no employee showed us the hotel facilities. i had to find them on my own in a maze.
