The grounds are beautiful. the design features are lovely and plants are cared for. the staff is friendly, they really go out of their way to help. i enjoyed the stargazing event the hotel put on and the dj set at the lagoon pool.
i found that the food at the main buffet looks more like a canteen.

The staff was always helpful and pleasant. They attended to all my needs quickly. the reception staff was particularly efficient, answering questions clearly and courteously. i felt well-cared for during my entire stay and nothing was too much trouble.

My room had a spacious layout with a big balcony that included comfortable seating. I had a sea view. the bathroom fixtures were modern and the shower was great. There was daily housekeeping. the bed was very comfortable.

I found the main swimming pool quite spacious. It included more than enough umbrellas. The beach also had a great bar service. I really liked that.
My room smelled bad when I turned on the air conditioner. I think the filters are old and moldy. I told the staff, but they did nothing. I still smelled it when I opened the AC

Adequate Stay. Some Shortcomings

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The food had great variety, and I was able to take food from the restaurant to my room. This was convenient for my autistic son. He found it difficult to sit in the restaurant for every meal.
I noticed the sea was quite wavy. It was difficult to get in and out. This made swimming challenging, though it was fun once I was in the water. The pool areas felt crowded at times. It was sometimes hard to find a sunbed.
