Excellent stay with a few minor hiccups
amazing staff relaxing boardwalk varied food good drinks
The staff was amazing. Bilge from guest services asked about our experience, and we only had positive comments. I appreciated the level of service. The boardwalk area by the sea was relaxing.. a perfect escape for couples. The food was varied and the drinks selection was good. I want to give credit to fatima from housekeeping, she was lovely.

a relaxing stay
great pool size sufficient sun beds vibrant feel
the swimming pool was a great size, and it never felt too crowded. there were more than enough sun beds, and no early morning rush was needed. flowers gave a vibrant feel to the resort. i also appreciated that bottled water was always available both around the resort and in the room.
the entertainment wasn't great. the animation team during the day was not very visible, and daytime activities were easily missed.

The buffet food was nice but nothing really stood out. i didn't dislike anything, but nothing was especially nice. the a la carte restaurant was excellent. The service and food were very nice and really good.

the resort was right on the beach, so a short walk to the marina was simple. many restaurants and shops were easily accessible, and the beach area provided amazing views. i enjoyed the convenience of this prime location.

mixed feelings about my stay
repetitive food limited variety
The location was decent. It was only a short walk to the city center, so that was acceptable.
I was really frustrated that the food was so limited and repetitive. There wasn't much variety. honestly, the food was probably the worst aspect. it was a shame since i was there for 10 days.

unclean room overcrowded buffet
the room was not properly cleaned before arrival. There was hair in the bathroom. also, the buffet was often overcrowded. i had to wait a long time to get a table some evenings. there was poor table service and i had a hard time getting assistance.
