I enjoyed the hotel's private beach with available sun loungers. the staff was very friendly. the hotel owner chatted with us during dinner. I mentioned it was my birthday. the next day, i received a complimentary wine bottle in my room.

i have no complaints.

The staff's attentiveness stood out. They addressed every need promptly. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, I loved the fresh pastries. Our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The amenities were high quality. The concierge assisted with meal planning and excursions making our stay stress-free.

Our room overlooked the bay offering very nice sunset views, I loved that. The room featured modern furniture and tasteful lighting. The architecturally pleasing building impressed us. Tip-top cleanliness was noticeable throughout our exclusive suite with a private pool.

fresh fruit greek pastries infinity pool professional service

The breakfast terrace offered fresh fruit and Greek pastries. I enjoyed daily sunset views from the infinity pool area. The front desk team provided warm and professional service.

A iniziare dal check in senza nessun sorriso, pulizia giornaliera era quasi assente, dimenticavano tutti i giorni qualcosa ( ad esempio bagnoschiuma,tappeto doccia,asciugamani) e addirittura 1 giorno non é stato messo niente. Era routine giornaliera andare in reception a chiedere le cose mancanti senza risolvere nulla perché il giorno dopo era uguale. Una sera avevamo lasciato fuori la porta un sacchetto che non entrava in frigo , dopo qualche ora siamo andati a prendere e non c era più, andando in reception a chiedere che fine avesse fatto ci é stato detto che l avevano preso le donne della pulizia senza un motivo. Ovviamente senza ricevere nessuna scusa da parte di nessuno. Personale del bar and ristorante non capace del mestiere. Un peccato che una struttura del genere ha un servizio così pessimo che non ci tornerei più.
