the rooms were super clean and cozy, also nicely maintained. the manager, burak. he were great too ensure i felt at home. His kindness was wonderful. i will definitely come back again.

the room lacked sufficient lighting , made it difficult to relax in the evenings. it also had very limited mirror space.

I encountered several issues . The noise level was a major problem (I would have liked to sleep better). Loud music played until late, followed by noisy guests and then early morning landscaping. The food quality was also inconsistent. Some dishes were cold, and the labeling was inaccurate. It made dining a gamble.

zarina from guest relations was amazing , she was so helpful and also she took care of everything. i liked that i could book restaurants even before i arrived. fukhan at the main restaurant always made sure i had a drink or anything else i needed.

the hotel is starting to look like it needs some paint and maybe it is not as luxurious as some hotels i have been to.
