The location was excellent. our apartment was quite spacious. i especially liked the pools. They were well-kept, i thought.

The apartment lacked lamps. this made the lighting less relaxing. also, the cups were very small. It was like just a mouthful of coffee. i found the knives to be rather blunt too.

i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment spa bath. it was spacious. the kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. there were two bathrooms, a real plus.

The elevators were a little slow. I sometimes had to wait a few minutes.

it was super clean and had everything i needed. the kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven. free undercover car parking was definitely an added bonus!

i think the rooms could use a slight refresh, as they are a little outdated.

this location is definitely convenient! the beach is less than five minutes by walk. i loved being within walking distance to central surfers paradise. everything i needed was right on the doorstep and g-link train is on the corner!

it was a 1.5 bedroom apartment with ocean views (a great surprise). the location had lots of space. free parking for the three nights we stayed. we got fresh towels daily and the beach was a short walk away.

the service felt impersonal at times when dealing with reception staff. it's understandable due to the high number of guests they handle daily. i missed the personalized service that other resorts offer.
