Really good Stay in the Mountains

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic start to each day and I enjoyed the variety of options. The staff were consistently professional and friendly attending to all needs. I found the indoor activities provided a welcome escape from less than perfect weather. I especially liked the spa, the indoor pool, and sauna.
I found that the movie selection available at an extra cost was disappointing. A more current selection could enhance the overall experience.

Our spacious room gave a great place to unwind and relax after a day of activities. The room was comfortable and well kept providing a peaceful retreat . It offered all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay.

The indoor pool and sauna offered a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. I enjoyed the in-house cinema with entertainment for the entire family. There was an excellent selection of bars and restaurants on-site.

The concierge was really helpful. He gave me many good places to visit nearby. i spoke to my wife. She said he was nice and helped her with luggage when she checked in. the hotel breakfast was AMAZING!!! the staff were friendly and very helpful.
the indoor pool showers did not have hot water. i had to shower with cold water or go back to my room. the room shower didn't have much pressure.

the pool area included a pool, sauna, library, and billiards room. there was a kids zone to entertain them for hours. this helped to keep everyone entertained on rainy afternoons.

the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had a wide variety of options for everyone. staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. i loved the indoor pool, it was clean and a great way to relax after a day of walking.
my room was quite far from reception and required a long walk. the carpet in my room had some stains and needed replacing. i found the parking situation tricky upon arrival with an uphill walk to the reception.
