The staff were fine with our request to store luggage after checkout. That was acceptable.
The room lighting was excessively dim. It was difficult to read at night. i found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the minibar was not restocked daily as expected, and i had to request items multiple times. the whole place requires some maintenance.
