The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas is frequently praised for its stunning grounds and spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds. The expansive pool area is a hit with many guests, while the buffet breakfast, especially the omelette station and pancakes, is often described as a luxurious highlight. While some visitors found the gym location inconvenient, the resort's proximity to the beach is usually appreciated; however, the potential presence of crocodiles and jellyfish can deter swimming in the ocean.

The room they gave me had a musty smell and some furniture looked pretty worn. i had trouble getting anyone to bring extra towels up. the worst part was probably the pool. It needed a serious scrub as i saw some algae around the edges. its a shame cause with a bit more effort this place could be great.
