The food quality was not what I expected (especially considering the price point). My steak contained a lot of gristle. The oysters seemed like they had been previously frozen, disappointing. The service in the restaurant was also disorganized, with staff appearing frantic and struggling to manage orders.

the breakfast buffet was really good. the staff WAS friendly and helpful when i needed something. dinner tasted delicious, especially with the wine selection they have.

housekeeping was not done daily. i WAS told it was part of a sustainability program, BUT it seemed like cost-cutting. the swimming pool was closed and empty when we went to use it.

the location was quite good i attended a nearby wedding check in was fast and easy the room offered a view i liked the 'after-wedding' brunch in the marquee it was beautiful the food and service were fantastic

the gym was a joke mould covered the walls the steam room did not work also the pool was quite filthy the toilet in the room had a drainage issue this created a bad smell
