breakfast was acceptable with a varied selection of items.
Upon arrival, the outdated room decor was immediately apparent. It seemed untouched since the early 2000s. the balcony doors proved difficult. I found them hard to lock, and the cleaning staff left them open at times, raising security concerns. furthermore, the sink's cleanliness worsened after the cleaning service, quite unexpected.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of options. i noticed the pool area included a large pool and a smaller pool for children. my room included a private balcony and comfortable seating. i found the staff at reception friendly and helpful.
the gym equipment felt somewhat dated and could use an update.

I liked the villa complex. The buffet breakfast had nice views from the patio overlooking the golf course. Pools are kept attractive. The shower was good and had full size towels, not those large facecloths most hotels have. Staff helped me a lot.
The garden rooms looked shabby and should be refurbished. It was like the hotel saw me as revenue. Water was only in the room the first day, and was not replaced. I had to buy water everyday.

The hotel is set in tranquil grounds. Golf buggies helped get bags from reception to the room. There is lots of space for kids to run around. The location is quiet.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The golf course is amazing location right next to the hotel and is really well maintained. Nice touches included a complimentary water bottle every day. (I especially appreciated this after a round of golf!)

breakfast had a good selection. (champagne was available, believe it or not!).
the room was not spacious, and it overlooked the driving range, which reminded me of a letdown. it was quite noisy, especially early in the morning as i could hear golf balls being hit constantly.
