the breakfast buffet covered everything one could want.

the service felt subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. on multiple occasions, staff walked past my table refilling juice glasses at other tables, but seemingly ignored me. i found this quite strange and off putting (.. ) overall, i was disappointed compared to other five-star experiences i have had.

pleasant staffmissing waste paper basketremoved coffee cups

the staff was pleasant.

I asked for a missing waste paper basket, it never came. The two coffee cups were removed mid week and i had to ask constantly to finally have them returned on the last evening.
