delicious breakfast ample choice separate sinks

the room was a beautiful king room balcony. it included two separate sinks. rainfall shower was also great. breakfast was delicious and offered plenty choice.

subpar service strange experience

the breakfast buffet covered everything one could want.

the service felt subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. on multiple occasions, staff walked past my table refilling juice glasses at other tables, but seemingly ignored me. i found this quite strange and off putting (.. ) overall, i was disappointed compared to other five-star experiences i have had.

Mixed experience, some issues noted

missing waste paper basket removed coffee cups

the staff was pleasant.

I asked for a missing waste paper basket, it never came. The two coffee cups were removed mid week and i had to ask constantly to finally have them returned on the last evening.
