poor air conditioninglimited breakfast

the hotel room lacked air conditioning. i reported it every night but staff insisted there was nothing wrong. on the last night they admitted there was an issue but offered no solution. this, the breakfast buffet felt limited. the selection could have been better with more variety of fresh and local options. overall breakfast didn't meet my expectations considering the hotel's rating

The room was clean and well kept, satisfactory.

I found the lack of clear signage frustrating. It was often difficult to locate essential facilities. The pool area lacked attentiveness. Used towels and empty glasses accumulated throughout the day, and nobody seemed to clear them away. This detracted from what was otherwise a very nice stay.

The breakfast had good variety and the staff were happy to help.

The transfer bus had an air conditioning issue, and it was blowing hot air. The driver mentioned they were waiting for parts and repairs would happen at the end of the season. I found this unacceptable, especially considering the discomfort it caused. the pool area looked very worn and in need of some tlc.
