mixed feelings about the stay

transactional service inconsistent cleaning

the apartment was spacious. it provided ample room for our belongings.

The reception service was quite disappointing. it felt transactional. The staff seemed to answer only the specific questions asked. proactively thinking about customer needs would improve the experience greatly. furthermore, the cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was super clean, while other days it felt rushed .

The apartment had good facilities. The staff were friendly. The location was ideal for traveling around. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The Four-Bedroom Villa Private Pool was very spacious. It was big enough for my family.

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't very good. It was difficult to apply makeup. The noise from the nearby road disturbed my sleep at times. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. Some areas require maintenance. The television had a limited selection of channels.

Fantastic stay

helpful staff good variety kids club great facilities

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The food had good variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I liked that there was a kids club and entertainment each night. The hotel facilities were great. The kids enjoyed the football pitch, outdoor, and indoor pools.

The music at the main pool was loud each day. A speaker was wheeled out to the poolside, and music was played until 6 pm, it was unpleasant.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. It included a sofa bed that became two single beds. All of the staff was cute. The reception desk staff helped us to get the most out of our week, a wonderful service.

A Solid Stay

beautiful premises dedicated staff distinct lack pool crazyness

The grounds are beautiful. I noted the premises are tranquil. Staff members were friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous. I appreciated the fun environment provided for our baby.

I found it difficult to find a sunbed. Many guests reserved rows and rows of towels early in the morning. They then disappeared for hours. I also saw some guests eat and drink on the poolside. The water became murky by the afternoon.

full-size fridge great shower free bus

the apartment included a full-size fridge. the bathroom provided a great shower with plenty of hot water. the free bus offered good transport to the beach and back.
