unpleasant odor lukewarm water
the hotel had a gym that was equipped well.
Upon arrival, i discovered the air conditioning was centrally controlled and stuck at 23 degrees celsius, resulting in a room that never felt cool. hot water was also centrally controlled and initially only lukewarm, acceptable for ablutions but unsuitable for showering. the room emitted an unpleasant odor and the bed linens smelled strongly of cleaning products. This caused me throat discomfort.

excellent music pleasant promenade
i found the staff accommodating. boris at the beach bar played great music and made excellent basil gimlets. the beach offers a pleasant promenade! especially at sunset.
the gym was small. some equipment was out of service

Excellent stay with attentive staff

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety included both hot and cold options. The staff at reception was very helpful and efficient (especially Karim). I found the swimming pool clean. it had easy access to the beach. The shuttle service to the mall was very convenient.
The gym had limited equipment.

The hotel features a nice pool area. It also includes a swim-up bar. There is a free electric car service available, transporting guests to the beach.

Our queen room offered good space. The room included two separate sinks. I appreciated the rainfall shower (it was very refreshing after a day at the beach).

The reception staff answered questions promptly. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The bar service met my expectations (Mr. Adel made great cocktails!).

The hotel location provides a peaceful setting. It's away from the city's traffic. It is close to the beach so I could hear the waves from my room.

The breakfast offered a big food choice. The cleanliness was spot on throughout the hotel. Raju and Urfan in the dining hall were helpful and polite.
