The staff demonstrated excellent care and prompt action, i appreciated that. the resort premises were organised with beautiful settings. dulakshi deserves praise for hospitality and organised work. I received beautiful birthday decorations and a cake surprise because of it.

the price and performance ratio was not justified in any way. shortly after checking in, i had to change the room, it was without a balcony, even though i booked one. the next day, i was given a room already occupied, a very embarrassing situation.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the housekeeping team kept the rooms neat. i recommend ocean view rooms. the facilities included a private beach and great pools. The location is lovely with a long beach.

The beach was superb. The hotel sits in a beautiful location. Sunrise views from the beach were a must see! Good amenities and polite staff added to a great visit.

Ordering food by the pool took a long time. We waited 45 minutes for fries. Not being allowed to take food to the room was inconvenient. The hotel is quite isolated. The mountainous surroundings made things a bit impractical.

Wow, what a hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel provided complimentary cake and offered a late checkout for our anniversary, it felt special. The location is top tier! The ocean view was amazing and the surroundings are very great.

Ordering food by the pool took longer than I wanted. It took 45 minutes to get fries and chicken nuggets.
