excellent care beautiful settings

The staff demonstrated excellent care and prompt action, i appreciated that. the resort premises were organised with beautiful settings. dulakshi deserves praise for hospitality and organised work. I received beautiful birthday decorations and a cake surprise because of it.

the price and performance ratio was not justified in any way. shortly after checking in, i had to change the room, it was without a balcony, even though i booked one. the next day, i was given a room already occupied, a very embarrassing situation.

The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The indian breakfast dishes stood out, prepared deliciously. there was a dinner buffet with a tasty food choice. devender and the team provided skill in preparing dishes.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the housekeeping team kept the rooms neat. i recommend ocean view rooms. the facilities included a private beach and great pools. The location is lovely with a long beach.

I received very high standards of service. The staff was excellent. ram checked me in efficiently and professionally and he kindly answered questions. the staff was cute. They provided excellent care and gave the right advice when requested.

polite staff great amenities long wait food restriction

The beach was superb. The hotel sits in a beautiful location. Sunrise views from the beach were a must see! Good amenities and polite staff added to a great visit.

Ordering food by the pool took a long time. We waited 45 minutes for fries. Not being allowed to take food to the room was inconvenient. The hotel is quite isolated. The mountainous surroundings made things a bit impractical.
