I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room Sea View.. It had excellent views of the area. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast offered varied choices daily.

the room had a wonderful sea view i walked easily to kata and kata noi beaches the hotel provided beach towels and bathrobes
the hotel does not look like the photos online two rooms had a moldy smell i heard noises from outside and other rooms clearly

delicious buffet rainfall shower perfect air conditioning
the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. i loved that the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the air conditioning worked perfectly, a necessary delight.

The room was spacious. It was a Beautiful Double or Twin Room Sea View. The breakfast had many options and the staff were friendly.
The gym equipment seemed old. I waited a long time for a club sandwich I ordered. I actually received a tuna sandwich twice before getting my order right.

beach proximity efficient communication
i appreciated the proximity to the beach it was about a five minute walk the staff uses what's app for communication which i found efficient any questions were usually answered within minutes the staff were consistently happy and smiling.
the hotel has connecting doors between rooms and they are not very soundproof

quiet and very clean stay
free shuttle polite staff tidy room
i enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found many positive aspects i appreciated the free shuttle service to the beach it saved me from a lot of walking especially in the heat the staff was polite and always ready to help with any questions or requests i had the daily cleaning service was thorough ensuring a consistently tidy room.

decent stay with some issues
loud air conditioning missing amenities
the hotel was close to the beach , about a 5-minute walk.
i found some issues . the air conditioning in the room was very loud, and it disrupted my sleep. also , there was no body lotion or conditioner provided in the room for a hotel of this supposed category.
