fantastic adult-only retreat
varied dishesfresh ingredientshot stone
i found the restaurant had several signature menus with varied dishes. the food featured fresh ingredients it was presented beautifully. i particularly recommend the grain fed australia beef sirloin steak served on a hot stone it allowed cooking to your liking and enhanced the flavor of the meat.
the hotel is located on a steep hill which might not suit everyone i used the shuttle service to mitigate this

the hotel has a stylish design with a modern atmosphere i especially enjoyed the pool area with its beautiful and relaxing infinity pool overlooking the sea the dining options were also satisfying with a wide variety of choices for breakfast
i found the staff not really friendly and just wanting tourist dollars it is not the same thailand i remembered from the last decade

the hotel is modern and it was recently refurbished in 2024. i got a welcome drink of chilled pineapple juice while i checked in. my sea view room was beautifully appointed and had a surf vibe. the room also had a drench shower with loads of shower gels and a coffee machine.
i found that there was too little space for clothing storage. the floor of the room was not vacuumed daily.
