awesome food kosher restrictions
The food was awesome. Everyone was kind and willing to. The waiters accommodated kosher restrictions very well.

solid stay with friendly staff
friendly staff gluten allergy wonderful cocktails constant cleaning
the restaurant staff, including william and alfredo, took great care of my gluten allergy. jasson at the lobby bar made wonderful cocktails and always smiled. pool staff engaged visitors with games and activities, and jj and ivy were cute. the staff cleaned constantly and kept all bathrooms stocked and clean.
the music from the nightly stage shows was loud in my room. the bass bumped against the walls until late.

the hotel provides a spa and a gym , though it does not have many amenities. day and evening shows offer entertainment. breakfast has many delicious options to choose from, like fresh fruit and omelets , but i did not try lunch or dinner.

great hotel experience
beachfront location clean room friendly staff inclusive food
the beachfront location was excellent the rooms were clean. the staff was very friendly i found the all inclusive food and drinks better than i expected. the atmosphere felt relaxing and enjoyable it was great value for the price. i would stay here again for sure

the location is really good it is next to the port for isla mujeres. the hotel is close to the city center a 15 minute drive by taxi cabs are available in front of the hotel.
