Located about a 10-minute walk from Oasis Arena, the 4-star Emporio Cancun hotel includes views of the Caribbean Sea. The room was very spacious, and the two beds were huge! the staff cleaned it every day. I appreciated that very much. there are two main pools for adults and three jacuzzis, so it was easy to find a spot to relax. There is also a swim-up pool bar plus a beach bar, and another main bar.

the elevators are sometimes slow, so i had to wait a bit.

The beach was amazing. I accept this as a good thing.

The customer service proved disappointing. Check-in took much too long with not any air conditioning in the reception area. I waited for 4 hours for my luggage to arrive and nobody apologized. The floor was filthy and the bedding have a bad smell.

The breakfast buffet provided a great variety. This was adequate. Staff was helpful.

The elevators did not function. This situation made navigating the hotel difficult. Air conditioning in my room was preset to a cold temperature I could not adjust, and the hotel did not provide blankets, so I had to leave the sliding door open.
