i loved the super friendly and cute staff throughout the restaurants and the hotel, they certainly. the restaurants catered easily for a vegetarian diet with a range of food options. the hotel arranged birthday flowers and cake for my husband! also, mothers chocolates were a lovely touch.

the air conditioning needed some work and had leaks from the units into the wall.

My room featured fresh water and prompt cleaning each morning. I found beds so comfortables. The shower offered great water pressure. I ate Balinese food and enjoyed a private romantic dinner on the beach. The experience seemed worth the expense.

The hotel overlooked my honeymoon celebration initially. The staff eventually sorted the issue though.

Staff displayed cute behavior. Arini, the FO Manager, and Donna, the Restaurant Manager, received special thanks. Wardana, the head butler, Surya, Yudi, Putra, Asti, Arwati, Lastini, Siska, and Sukanada from the Palace Club team was also friendly.

I appreciated the polite and helpful staff. The team always greeted me with a smile. The food at Tamarind restaurant was delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a large variety of cuisines. The hotel provided excellent value.
