great resort experience
maintained garden large pools comfortable mattress clean bathroom
the resort features a large well maintained garden with two big swimming pools the reception was friendly and efficient. i received assistance from the loyalty manager who showed me around the hotel. my room was well equipped with a comfortable mattress the bathroom was well maintained and clean.
the towels at the pool looked worn the man at the towel desk seemed impolite. the water at the shower was barely lukewarm i found the beach too far for a walk in the heat.

the breakfast buffet had many options it was regularly restocked and included made to order eggs and freshly cooked pancakes waffles. fruit and salads were also available. it was a true five star breakfast buffet.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
helpful staff buffet breakfast italian chef
I found the front desk staff VERY helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic selection. I enjoyed the italian chef. The food was great.
The soundproof is poor, you can hear the door banging every morning as people gets up and cleaners perform housekeeping. The cleaners also speak very loudly which add to the noise. The Check-in time took more than 30 minutes, it was hot at the open reception. A lot of room to improve in this aspect.

The location is excellent, close to shops and a short transfer to the beach club (the hotel provides it). the pools looked fine, nestled in a lush tropical garden, and always clean. breakfast impressed me with its variety. I found local cuisine alongside asiatic and western meals. i liked that everyone could find something tasty to start the day.

huge selection beautiful pool towel animals
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it had a huge selection of cuisines to choose from. the pool was beautiful with flowers and palm trees all around. the room service guys were absolute superstars. They made towel animals and left fun notes every day!
the gym could have been cooler.
