awesome experience
large bed buffet breakfast friendly staff beach proximity
the room i had accessed the pool. the bed was very large, and the other guests were respectful of everyone. the buffet breakfast offered a lot of variety each morning which i really liked. friendly staff completed the nice experience.
i noticed the gym was a bit dated with some broken equipment. it wasn't a big issue, but i hope they can update it soon.

The room included daily linen changes. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. the bed was huge and super comfortable. breakfast options were amazing and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and cute

consistent quality and service
helpful staff clean room delicious restaurants
the staff were wonderful and always ready to help. the rooms were clean and cool, a real plus. i especially liked that the resort is near many restaurants and a quick walk to the beach.
the noise in the rooms was noticeable because of gaps in the balcony doors. i was thankful for the curtains, as this seemed to help prevent any mosquito issues.

the hotel has great facilities, including a billiard table and a swim-up bar. there is a good size pool and the location is convenient, especially for those looking to cook (i noted the cooking class available).

the room i stayed in was comfortable and consistently kept to a high standard (housekeeping was very consistent). the air conditioning worked efficiently, a critical factor in the balinese heat. there was a lot of space in the room, great.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and something for everyone. the food and cocktails at the hotel bar were very good. i ate there several times and found the food consistently delicious.

fantastic stay!
buggy service water station ample sunloungers large pools
i enjoyed my time! the buggy service was super convenient for getting around locally. i especially appreciated the water refill station near the lifts. there were always plenty of sun loungers available near both large pools.
The noise from the balcony doors was a bit loud. There seemed to be gaps. it was a minor issue only, thankfully.

The gym contains three treadmills. Plus two stationary bikes and a weight machine to use. two large swimming pools are on the premises. The main pool has a sandy area great. the resort also offers a spa with massage services.

lovely stay, minor hiccup
safe resort smiling staff perfect location
i safe area at the resort. daily activities at the pool bar were fun. the staff were very attentive and always smiling. the location was perfect , close to shops and restaurants .
we had a terrible sewage smell in our bathroom for a few days , which was unpleasant. the sheets and bath towels seemed a bit grey and could use some bleaching.
