i found the pool area quite nice for swimming. the happy hour cocktails at the pool bar went on for several hours each day (a definite plus!).
The service, unfortunately, did not fully meet my expectations. welcome drinks were not offered directly. Instead, we had to serve ourselves from a corner, i thought this lacked a personal touch. there were no hand towels provided, and the staff did not give a tour of the hotel.

I enjoyed the white bus rides to the beach, which secure hotel. Taking the group to the end of the road for shopping provided a chance to explore local spots. The driver made sure that everyone felt included and offered tips to find the best deals.
During check-in, a welcome drink was not offered, instead, guests had to serve themselves from a corner.

The hotel is centrally located at a walkable distance from the beach. Many bars, shops, and restaurants are within a short walk of the hotel. I could easily access many points of interest.

The hotel provides its own shuttle buggy to the beach. The ride takes about 5 minutes. I used the private area on the beach that the hotel provides. It was very convenient. Bottled water was supplied daily.

The staff was great and friendly. They were always ready to help. A staff member assisted during checkout. The process was smooth. They greeted every encounter with a smile.

The hotel restaurant had a great, well-varied breakfast buffet of western and local food. The breakfast had so many AMAZING options. The choice of breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel!!!
