great breakfast cute staff amazing swimming pool small common area lacking balcony unreliable wifi

The breakfast had a great spread. I really enjoyed it. The staff was very cute and humble. The swimming pool was amazing with a kids slide. I used the poolside drink service.

The common area in the suite was pretty small. It had a couch and two chairs. The suite lacked a balcony. There were only small open areas outside each bedroom, no chairs. The wifi in the suite was unreliable. I had to move around to connect.

i stayed in a beautiful king garden view. the room was upgraded and very clean. breakfast included much choice. all staff members were friendly and helpful.

the gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours.

a mostly adequate experience

good amenities polite attendant grinding sounds sealant headaches

the room was well appointed. it had good amenities and complimentary bottled water. sutyawan, the room attendant, was very polite and respected our privacy. they left fruit and treats for us every few days. i thought that was very nice

we could hear grinding sounds from within the resort while trying to relax by the pool. the sealant used on the paving near the pool gave me headaches. i expected a more luxurious experience for the price we paid. It was a bit disappointing
