i booked a studio lake view. the room was large and had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included luxury products. the staff was helpful and friendly. the bars and restaurants felt cute.

the cancellation period had expired. i broke my foot before my trip. they offered no refund for my booked nights even after i told them early.
