Underwhelming Experience Despite Spacious Room

My stay did not meet expectations. The lack of in-room dining because of staffing issues proved inconvenient. The shuttle service to the village was delayed, it started at 11 AM. This impacted ski plans, lifts open much earlier. Late checkout only extended for 30 minutes.

the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and genuine smiles. the hotel provided complimentary bike rentals, a wonderful touch for exploring the valley trail. the valley trail offered an easy walk to the village, shaded by trees and alongside lakes (a true delight).

i found the lack of room service inconvenient, especially for a longer stay.

I found the rooms spacious with a great view. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was pleasant and they offered many options for people with food allergies. I also appreciated that the hotel is animal friendly.

the room included a king-size bed. the bathroom had modern fittings. fluffy white towels were in the bathroom too.

there was no in-room dining available due to staffing issues. the shuttle service to the village started late. late checkout was limited to only 30 additional minutes.

my room featured a balcony. it offered a view of the lake and mountains. the room included a king-size bed and a large flat screen tv. i found a coffee machine and fridge.

i noticed no in-room dining was available. this was due to staffing issues. the late checkout offered only an additional 30 minutes. i thought this was inadequate.

i booked a studio lake view. the room was large and had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included luxury products. the staff was helpful and friendly. the bars and restaurants felt cute.

the cancellation period had expired. i broke my foot before my trip. they offered no refund for my booked nights even after i told them early.
