The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the resort is beautiful. The complimentary in-room coffee from the Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. The birthday cake they provided was also a sweet touch.

The pool temperature could be a bit warmer. It felt a little cool for comfortable swimming.

i found the surrounding lake beautiful and the team offered excellent service. i appreciated their attention to detail. the room was comfortable and well-kept. i also appreciated the special touches, like the photography workshops that enabled many unique memories.

the room did not have air conditioning. i had to open the windows to cool the room down, but more effective cooling would have been much more appreciated.
