friendly staff beautiful location pleasant surprises

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the resort is beautiful. The complimentary in-room coffee from the Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. The birthday cake they provided was also a sweet touch.

The pool temperature could be a bit warmer. It felt a little cool for comfortable swimming.

The breakfast buffet had many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining staff were attentive and ensured that all the food was fresh. The Great Hall served casual fare in a relaxed atmosphere.

a serene lodge experience

beautiful lake attention to detail

i found the surrounding lake beautiful and the team offered excellent service. i appreciated their attention to detail. the room was comfortable and well-kept. i also appreciated the special touches, like the photography workshops that enabled many unique memories.

the room did not have air conditioning. i had to open the windows to cool the room down, but more effective cooling would have been much more appreciated.
